Owing to the difficulties of our everyday lives due to Covid-19, there is an increasing demand for therapeutic services in order to help with our emotional and psychological difficulties. Stress, depression and anxiety are now common symptoms of our daily lives and I believe that having access to therapy from your own home, office, or wherever you choose can help with many issues. Research evidence supports the effectiveness of online therapy and working remotely enables me to reach out to a much wider audience.
How online counselling works:
There are several options available to you: you can choose between counselling by email, secure instant messaging or video conferencing. If you live in the UK you also have the additional option of telephone counselling.
Video conferencing is similar to face to face counselling. If you choose this option we will agree a session time, during which we meet via a secure video conference service. It is a user friendly platform – simple to use with straightforward navigation and securely encrypted. You simply join our appointment by a link I will send to you, so downloading of software is not required.
