My Approach

My understanding of people as complex beings, with unique responses to life, relationships and our environment, informs my relationship with clients. Noticing patterns of behaviour and potential triggers, similarities in relationships and overwhelming events can help to inform us about our underlying beliefs about ourselves and others, often developed outside of our awareness and open to change. I work with individuals and couples, with a variety of issues including but not limited to:​​
